Established in October 2021, our company was formed through the strategic merger of two independently successful plumbing businesses. With a shared vision to expand capabilities and deliver greater value, the founders united with their shared commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism and long-term growth to create a stronger, more capable service provider.
Locally owned and operated, we specialise in servicing commercial, industrial and residential clients, priding ourselves on delivering reliable, efficient, and professional plumbing solutions. Today, they continue to lead from the front - bringing experience, guidance, and a genuine commitment to both their team and clients, while shaping the ongoing growth of the business.

The team on the ground are made up of skilled tradesman who take pride in delivering quality plumbing and roofing across every project. Hands-on in their approach, they bring consistency, attention to details, and a strong work ethic to the job each day.
Alongside their work, they play an important role in mentoring our apprentices - passing on knowledge, setting the standard, and helping shape the next generation of the trade.
Joel Bartley
Leading Hand Plumber
Joel started as a plumbing subcontractor after moving to the area. After some months it was known he was a value to the team, so in July 2025 Joel became a leading hand within the company.
Shamus Megarry
Plumber
Shamus started with the company in Nov 2021 and began the journey as an apprentice. Since completing his trade, he has progressed into his Cert IV and is a real asset to the team.
Troy Duckett
Plumber
Troy joined CPG in Nov 2025 as a qualified plumber. Since joining the team he has fit in and hit the ground running assisting across all aspects of plumbing.
Brady Dawson
Plumber
Brady joined CPG in Mar 2026 after completing some weeks as a laborer. He's a fresh set of hands within the company but already making an impact and helping greatly within the new homes.
Michael Sheridan
Plumber
Michael joined CPG in Sept 2022 as a laborer and then began his time as a matured apprentice. Since completing his trade early his commenced the Cert IV and is a very valued asset to CPG.
Rory Corbett
Plumber
Rory aka Eddie began his apprenticeship with CPG in May 2022. In the last 12 months Eddie has progressed his knowledge and plumbing soaring into new homes and assisting his fellow colleagues greatly.
Ethan Murden
Apprentice Plumber
Ethan joined CPG in Jan 2025. He has hit the ground running and is already a huge asset to the team with a bright future in plumbing.
Eligh Pledger
Apprentice Plumber
Eligh commenced his apprenticeship with CPG in Feb 2025. He has fit into the team easily and is a wonderful asset to the guys learning the ropes of what it takes to be a trusted plumber.
Josh Farrell
Leading Hand Roofer
Josh commenced with CPG in Mar 2024 as a qualified plumber. After sometime and assisting the roofers he became very valued in this aspect. Early 2026 he became the leading hand roofer and has made a great impact.
Ryan Mitchell
Roofer
Ryan commenced with CPG in Mar 2022. He has being roofing on various projects over the years with CPG and has a quality outcome. He is a great asset to the team.
